Yep. Valet key. My Forester came with the 3 pictured here. Outback did too. I’m not sure where the valet key is now. Hopefully in the safe. My old Lexus actually came with 4 keys. 2 regular remote keys, the valet key, and a metal-only emergency key in a plastic card that you could keep in a wallet.

It's probably, but not necessarily, a valet key. My Subie only came with one key; the dealer made me a second copy and it was the one without the fob. Just a cheaper key, but it still unlocks the glove box and trunk.
